My Nia journey began 14 years ago when I took off my shoes and stepped into my first class. I’ve enjoyed the pleasure of teaching and learning this sacred dance form ever since. My Nia practice connects me to all aspects of my creative life. When I work with children in my theatre company, I use Nia principles to help them embrace their own uniqueness! 

Being an East coast transplant, I feel honored and blessed to have found my kindred Nia spirits here in Santa Monica. 

I am grateful to my Husband PJ and my daughter Michaela for our exciting dance together.
