I have practiced Nia since 1996 and am a Black Belt. Trained in Boulder, Colorado and now practicing in Santa Monica, I combine humor, energy and my optimistic nature to make each class unique. I am the mother of four children, and the creator of an innovative system of Communication, Possibility and Goal development called igolu. I am currently the Director of Possibility for lululemon athletica Inc. I lead Nia/Yoga retreats twice a year and will update them on the site’s blog so be sure to check back often if you are interested!
